- All sessions are 90 minutes
- After 3 training sessions, you’ll receive a personalized training program to follow on your own
- Sessions focus on building skills that improve your body’s function and movement quality
- Training styles vary –  some days are gentle, mobility-focused movement, others are more intense, strength or skill-based work (including weights)

- Each session is personalized, intuitive, and responsive to what your body is asking for that day
