WHAT IS IT?

Re-generative body practice is a multi-disciplined movement practice/philosophy, the goal of which is to nurture to body’s systems to prepare it for physical activity, support mental and physical regeneration and create a sense of general physical wellbeing and longevity.

This practice is the base of support that makes it possible to maintain an intense physical practice over a long period of time without injury and with continued growth. This practice encompasses dance, movement, bodywork, strength and mobility, yoga and breathwork.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Transform your fitness and wellness journey with my unique and integrative approach to personal training. With years of experience as a professional dancer and massage therapist, I developed a one-of-a-kind method of training that combines elements from multiple disciplines, including dance, sports, functional fitness, yoga, somatic practices, and martial arts.

Together we can improve: your functional range of motion and general flexibility, posture, strength, overall fitness and capacity.

We will work with the body and with workout equipment such as kettlebells, clubs, maces, dumbells, barbells, bands and machines.

You can book a session at your home, at a gym, or at my small home studio.

I also teach massage, dance and movement classes and run workshops in Berlin.

BOOK A PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION

I offer exclusively 90 minute sessions. After 3 training sessions I will provide you with a personalized training program to do on your own. All my sessions are geared towards teaching you skills to improve your bodies function, some sessions can be softer movement training and others can be intense skill based training, often using weights.
