EXPLORING MOVEMENT AS PERFORMANCE, PRACTICE, AND HEALING
Aaron Llewellyn Carey-Burrows is a Berlin-based dancer, choreographer, and movement researcher whose practice moves between performance, somatic exploration, and healing. His work bridges contemporary dance, improvisation, and physical theatre with an ongoing investigation into regenerative movement practices—approaches that centre embodiment, trauma, and the body’s potential to realign with itself and its environment.
As both performer and choreographer with Tanz Kollektiv Luna Park, Aaron engages in collaborative creation and site-specific research, currently developing new approaches to play and movement in his residency ‘New Techniques’. Alongside his stage and research work, he teaches, leads workshops, and maintains a freelance practice that integrates choreography, dance, and massage therapy.
